We start with a short, free introductory call about your goals and context. From there we agree on a sensible first step: a ready-made solution, a short diagnostic or a workshop.
02What is a forward deployed engineer?
An engineer who works inside the client’s business instead of at a distance: learning how the work is done, building on real data and systems, and staying until the solution is used. It is how I combine consulting with hands-on delivery.
About03Do I work with you or with an agency?
With me. I am an independent consultant and engineer, and every engagement is led personally by me, from the first call to the handover. When a project needs more hands, trusted partners join, but you keep one point of contact.
About04We are a small company. Is this for us?
Yes. The solutions are built for small and medium-sized companies: each one solves one clear problem, has a defined scope and is adapted to the tools you already use.

It depends on the scope, your systems and your data. After a free fit check you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and price before any work starts.
06Do you only advise, or also build?
Both. Alongside strategy, I design and build AI agents, automations, assistants and websites, from pilot projects to production.

When a project needs extra skills, such as design, software or data engineering, specialists from the partner network join with your agreement. I remain your single point of contact and accountable for the result.
