When you visit the website:

• Technical access data recorded by the hosting provider of this website: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

When you get in touch by email or phone:

• Your name, email address or phone number, the content of your message, and any information you choose to share.

On your own device:

• Your light/dark display preference and whether you have seen the privacy notice. These stay in your browser and are never sent to me (see the Cookie Policy).

What this website does not do: it uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking technologies, no social media plugins, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Your data is never sold, used for advertising or used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Personal data is shared only with service providers needed to run the website and handle communication, acting on my behalf:

• The hosting provider of this website (hosting and technical access logs).
• Google (Gmail), which provides the email service for the contact address.

Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside North Macedonia and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Technical access logs: for the short period set by the hosting provider of this website.
• Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or engagement, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Engagement and accounting records: for the periods required by applicable law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in North Macedonia, the Personal Data Protection Agency (Агенција за заштита на личните податоци); in the EU, the data protection authority of your country of residence.

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), collects as little data as possible, and access to correspondence is limited to me.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
