01 · For clients

How the network works on your project

  1. 01

    You talk to me

One conversation about the problem, the goal and the constraints. No account managers in between.

  2. 02

    I scope the work

I define the solution and decide which parts I build and which need a specialist.

  3. 03

    The right specialists join

Vetted partners take on clearly defined work packages, with your agreement.

  4. 04

    One contract, one lead

You get one proposal, one point of contact and one person accountable for the result.

  • Capacity without overhead

Specialists join only for the work that needs them, so you pay for skills, not for an agency structure.

  • Broader scope

Design, software, data, content and training can be delivered in one project, from one partner.

  • Consistent quality

Partners work with the same methods, templates and standards, and every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you.

Seven ways to work together

I am

  1. 01

    Delivery Partners

Specialists who join client projects when their skills are needed.

The core of the network. When a project needs more than one person, I bring in vetted specialists for design, software, data, cloud, content or domain expertise. I stay the client’s single point of contact and accountable lead; delivery partners do focused, well-defined work within the project.

    Typical partners

  2. 02

    Agency & White-label Partners

Add AI agents, automation and AI consulting to your own client offer.

    Referral Partners

Introduce companies that need practical AI, and get rewarded for it.

    • IT support providers
    • Business networks and communities

03 · Principles

How every partnership works

  1. 01

    The client comes first

Recommendations follow what is right for the client. A partnership never decides which tool or partner a client gets.

  2. 02

    Clear terms in writing

Scope, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality and data handling are agreed before any work starts.

  3. 03

    One standard of quality

Partner work meets the same standard as my own: practical, documented and reviewed before delivery.

  4. 04

    Announced only when real

Partners appear on this website only after an agreement is signed and both sides agree to publication.

Process

  1. 01

    Proposal

You send a short introduction through the partnership form.

  2. 02

    Conversation

We talk about your work, your audience or your product, and what we could do together.

  3. 03

    Fit and terms

We agree on the model, the scope and the commercial terms, in writing.

  4. 04

    First project

A first joint project, referral or offer, reviewed together afterwards.

04 · FAQ

Partnership questions

01Who can become a partner?

Independent specialists, agencies and service firms, technology providers and institutions whose work is relevant to practical AI in companies. The seven models describe the most common forms; proposals that do not fit one of them are welcome too.

02How do delivery partners get work?

When a client project needs a specific skill, I offer a clearly scoped work package to a partner who fits. Partners are chosen by skill, availability and fit with the client, never by a rotation.

03Who owns the client relationship?

In delivery partnerships, the client relationship stays with me. In agency and white-label partnerships, it stays with the agency. This is written into every agreement.

04Is there a fee to become a partner?

No. There is no partnership fee. Commercial terms such as day rates, referral fees, commissions or revenue shares are agreed individually.

05Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Confidentiality is part of every partnership agreement, and an NDA can be signed before any confidential information is shared.

06What happens after I send a proposal?

I read every proposal and reply to the email you provided. If there is a fit, I suggest a short introductory conversation. You can also write directly to partnerships@ordevskifilip.com.
